Cleis Collection
2003

The Graphis collection reinterpreted by CLS architetti in a limited edition.¬†This project originates from the Graphis furniture collection designed by Osvaldo Borsani and Eugenio Gerli in 1968. Furniture reinvented with a modern twist to fit freely into any space of the home and create a contemporary atmosphere. This reinvention process consisted in printing contemporary patterns on the metal surface of the furniture using a very sophisticated technology (dye sublimation), thereby changing its appearance completely. This process led to the creation of a vast array of patterns and finishes: images of cables in a computer cabinet, motherboard circuits, a classic fabric of the ’50s, houndstooth print on every side of the containers.
